Courthouse Walk

A reminder – trash containers may be placed outside the night before scheduled pick-up and must be removed from the curb on the evening of the pick-up day.  At all other times trash containers must be out of street view. 

Location:  Stella Warner Cafeteria, 100 Maryland Ave. (Council Office Building).

The Courthouse Walk Homeowners Association Board Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 6:30 pm.  The meeting will take place at the location listed above.  This cafeteria is visible from the street and is at the SE corner of Maryland and Jefferson Ave.

A reminder – any exterior improvements must go through the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and the Board. In particular, please note:

White windows are not allowed to be installed in Courthouse Walk.  While there are some residents with white windows, they did not follow the guidelines set up in the covenant and white windows will not be allowed in the future.  Most window manufacturers offer 5-8 choices of colors for the same price as white.  Residents are expected to closely match their trim color.
