A reminder – any exterior improvements must go through the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and the Board. In particular, please note:
White windows are not allowed to be installed in Courthouse Walk. While there are some residents with white windows, they did not follow the guidelines set up in the covenant and white windows will not be allowed in the future. Most window manufacturers offer 5-8 choices of colors for the same price as white. Residents are expected to closely match their trim color.
